Job Description
- Providing technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintaining and updating IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assisting with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of office equipment and IT devices.
- Managing and maintaining user accounts and access permissions.
- Monitoring system performance and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensuring data security and performing regular backups.
- Documenting IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Collaborating with other departments to support IT-related projects and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience supporting technology leadership and functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage schedules and competing priorities; hands-on experience advantageous.
- Strong written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently while remaining calm under pressure.
- Flexible to travel occasionally or work across different office locations as required.
