Working Hours:

The Designer is a key member of the Presentation Design team, working in a fast-paced environment to create high-quality, visually compelling pitchbook presentations and marketing materials. This role supports internal clients across various business divisions, including Banking, Markets and Services.

As part of this specialist team, the Designer will deliver innovative and professional visual solutions that enhance client materials while maintaining brand consistency. The role involves working on a wide range of projects, including PowerPoint pitchbooks and presentations, marketing materials, infographics, conceptual designs and advanced data visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

Produces a variety of marketing and presentation materials, materials (e.g. Citi and client branded PowerPoint pitchbooks, Excel charting, isometric illustrations, infographics, diagrams, animation etc.) using relevant applications to an excellent level
Applies custom layout and design techniques to develop creative and enhanced PowerPoint slides which offers conceptual and visual solutions
Utilises strong presentation and graphic design skills, illustration, and data visualization techniques, to interpret complex ideas and present them as clear and compelling designs
Works closely with senior designers, project coordinators and team members to develop high-quality pitch materials
Assists with the production of creative and visual solutions to enhance client materials
Ensures all materials comply with Citi brand standards and provides branding advice to clients when necessary
Collaborates with Workflow Coordinators and/or Creative Project Leads on custom graphics and design projects
Works directly with bankers and partners with other hubs to understand objectives and create tailored design solutions
Assists with intake coordination, when required
Proactively raises creative ideas and emerging trends that align with business goals
Completes related admin for accurate work billing and job tracking purposes
Responsible for quality control of own work, as well as assisting colleagues with QC tasks
Buddies new joiners post-training

Shift Working

Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm HKT or Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm HKT

Remote Working

Current policy (subject to change) 2 days work from home; 3 days mandatory in office

Knowledge/Experience

Minimum of three years’ experience in presentation design or corporate design support, preferably in a financial or corporate environment
Experience producing corporate pitchbooks, marketing materials and presentations for professional clients
A portfolio or samples of recent creative work is advantageous

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) is essential
Excellent Knowledge and Skills of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional) is essential
Strong skills in visual storytelling, layout and typography
Understanding of external print processes is advantageous

Creative mindset with a strong understanding of presentation design principles and corporate branding
Adaptable and proactive, eager to learn new skills and share knowledge with the team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
