Job Description
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, upselling opportunities, and account expansion initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Act as the primary contact point for customers and provide professional account servicing and support.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions and services.
- Prepare account plans, quotations, proposals, and service recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to develop strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, business development, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Strong client management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of spoken and written German, English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
- Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry is an advantage.
