Administrative Assistant

Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Handle mail forwarding for business units
- Take calls and voice messages from general line
- Provide administrative support to business units, including scanning of documents, arranging for documents to be sent to go down, etc.
- Provide back-up support for data input at our client’s office (only when the teammates is on leave)
- Attend Court Hearing for and on behalf of our client’s company, only for simple matters
- Send documents by hand, for urgent matters only
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Preferrable with Diploma or Degree in Business Administration and at least 5 years of experience in administrative work. However, those who do not have the relevant paper qualification or working experience are also most welcome to apply
- Knowledge in Words, Excel and Power Point
- Well organised, meticulous, motivated by multiple tasks and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A positive, pro-active and strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
