Job Description

As a Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will include:

Lead and oversee all daily finance and accounting operations across the Group.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis activities.
Partner with business leaders to provide commercial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Monitor business performance, profitability, margins, and key financial KPIs.
Review pricing strategies, investment proposals, and new business opportunities.
Lead cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and working capital optimization.
Manage banking relationships, financing facilities, and capital requirements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes.
Oversee external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
Support M&A, business expansion, restructuring, and corporate development initiatives.
Collaborate with senior management and provide financial recommendations to executive leadership.
Prepare board-level financial reports and presentations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience
Experience gained from a sizable conglomerate, multinational corporation, or listed company.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.
Proven experience in commercial finance and business partnering.
Demonstrated ability to support operational and commercial decision-making.
Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis skills.
Strong leadership with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage board-level stakeholders.
High integrity, professionalism, and sound business judgment.
Station in PRC is required
