What this job involves:

Deliver high-standard concierge services to tenants and visitors across the shopping mall and office building.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and solution-oriented resolution.
Support day-to-day property management operations, including coordination and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
Monitor and assist front desk and reception operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
Collaborate effectively with the account’s Event Team and Facilities Management team on operational tasks and event-related logistics.
Ensure all activities align with company and client policies, including health, safety, and workplace regulatory requirements.
Perform general administrative duties as assigned, including processing tenant applications, document filing, procurement, and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and water services.
Ad hoc duties and special projects as directed by management

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

Diploma holder with at least 1 year's customer service experience focusing in frontline customer interaction, hotel or shopping mall concierge experience, or above with relevant experience
Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable
Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
Good in spoken and written English and Chinese. Competent in spoken Putonghua.
