How you will make an impact:
The job holder will play a key role in supporting a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment across the Group. This role is responsible for assisting in the execution of employee engagement initiatives and translating HR objectives into actionable, impactful activities. The incumbent will coordinate and implement corporate engagement events, wellness programs, and internal communication plans, as well as help leverage data from engagement surveys to support continuous improvement in the employee journey. This role plays an active part in fostering a strong sense of belonging, working in close partnership with cross-functional HR teams to roll out these initiatives smoothly across all Business Units (BUs).
Engagement Initiatives & Action Planning
- Assist the Senior Manager in rolling out and driving the Group’s annual employee engagement and experience programs.
- Partner closely with cross-functional HR teams (such as HR Business Partners and Learning & Development) to implement engagement programs effectively across various BUs.
- Support the translation of HR objectives into concrete, end-to-end action plans, ensuring successful execution and adoption at the BU level.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to suggest practical improvements to the Group's employee experience offerings.
- Collaborate with and provide day-to-day operational guidance to the team's support staff to ensure effective execution of departmental goals.
Corporate Engagement & Events
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate engagement events and leadership touchpoints, including Townhalls, management offsites, and management sharing sessions.
- Foster a strong sense of belonging and alignment with the Group’s core values through targeted, creative engagement activities.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, budgeting, and post-event evaluations.
Internal Communications & Employer Branding
- Maintain and support internal communication channels to ensure corporate updates, strategic goals, and HR initiatives are effectively cascaded across the organization.
- Draft, curate, and distribute compelling content for corporate communication programs to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Ensure a consistent corporate voice across all internal platforms.
- Assist in identifying, preparing, and managing submissions for industry-recognized HR and workplace awards, helping to showcase our employee experience initiatives and enhance the Group's employer brand.
Employee Wellness Programs
- Coordinate and implement comprehensive Group-wide wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being among employees.
- Monitor the effectiveness and utilization of wellness initiatives, gathering feedback to recommend practical enhancements that maximize employee participation.
Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate the operational rollout and administration of employee engagement surveys and regular pulse checks.
- Analyze survey results, extract meaningful insights, and prepare summary reports for the Senior Manager and HR leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional HR teams across BUs to support the implementation of follow-up action plans based on survey feedback, effectively addressing pain points, closing gaps, and elevating the overall employee journey.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on employee engagement, internal communications, employer branding, or organizational development, preferably within a sizable or matrix organization.
- Proven ability to assist in HR program implementation, coupled with strong analytical skills to interpret survey data and translate it into actionable steps.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of successfully executing corporate events and HR initiatives across multiple business units.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging internal messaging, prepare high-quality award submissions, and interact confidently with stakeholders.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
