An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join the Asia Pacific HR leadership team of a highly respected global professional services organisation. This is a strategic regional position offering the opportunity to shape and drive the firm's reward and wellbeing agenda across multiple APAC markets.

Working closely with senior leadership and HR colleagues across the region, you will play a key role in developing innovative people strategies that enhance employee experience, strengthen engagement and support the continued growth of a high-performing international business.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional rewards role. You'll combine commercial reward expertise with strategic project leadership, partnering with senior stakeholders to develop market-leading compensation frameworks while also leading regional wellbeing and inclusion initiatives that have a genuine impact on the employee experience.

The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where they can influence decision-making, drive continuous improvement and help shape the future of the people agenda across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

As the regional subject matter expert, you will:

Lead the annual salary review, bonus and compensation processes across APAC.
Develop and maintain regional salary structures, benchmarking frameworks and reward governance.
Provide commercially focused advice on remuneration for new hires, promotions, retention and internal equity.
Analyse market trends and reward data to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations.
Ensure reward practices remain compliant across multiple jurisdictions while managing governance and risk.
Review and enhance compensation, benefits and HR policies across the region.
Lead regional HR projects focused on reward, policy harmonisation, employee experience and process improvement.
Drive people analytics and reporting to support strategic business decisions.
Champion regional wellbeing programmes, working with global teams to implement initiatives that promote engagement and employee wellbeing.
Develop communication campaigns and events to increase awareness and participation in wellbeing initiatives.
Coordinate and deliver regional inclusion programmes, networking events and employee resource group activities.
Support diversity reporting, benchmarking and stakeholder engagement across APAC.

About You

You'll be a commercially minded HR professional with a genuine passion for creating exceptional employee experiences through innovative reward and people initiatives.

You'll bring:

Experience in compensation and rewards within a professional services or similarly sophisticated corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of remuneration frameworks, salary benchmarking and reward governance across Asia Pacific.
The ability to translate complex data into practical, commercially focused recommendations.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
Exposure to wellbeing, employee engagement or inclusion initiatives would be highly regarded.
Excellent analytical, project management and communication skills.
A collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse regional markets.
