We are now looking for a HR Business Partner to implement HR projects and programs including manpower budget & forecast, talent acquisition, performance & talent management, disciplinary process, employee communication & engagement, and other HR interventions as needed. You will join the business at a pivotal stage to shape HR strategies, play a key role to provide continuous consultancy service that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions to business teams.
Responsibilities
- Fully support the the dedicated departments by gaining deep insight into business operations and team dynamics, accurately aligning with business strategies, and ensuring the efficient implementation of HR initiatives.
- Identify organizational opportunities and challenges. Apply advanced HR theories, tools, and methodologies to provide effective solutions in talent development, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and employees to foster a positive and high-performing work environment. Actively address real issues, communicate accurately and efficiently, and improve team outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
- Design personalized growth paths and development programs based on talent needs and team status. Drive the execution of talent development plans.
- Understand the evolving talent and organizational needs driven by business growth. Support periodic reviews of organizational structure and talent inventory, and mobilize all available resources to enhance organizational, team, and individual capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years' solid experience in full spectrum of HR area, managerial experience is not necessary but would be a big advantage
- Possess good business acumen, exceptional interpersonal and communications skills as well as keenness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and working in matrix organizations
- Comfortable working independently with senior leaders
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal, listening and influencing skills
- Demonstrate independence, adaptability, and a positive approach to creative problem-solving
- Proficient English and Chinese, both orally and written (spoken Cantonese is a must)
