What You’ll Be Doing
- Review and process invoices with accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and controls
- Manage trade payments and daily Accounts Payable operations using a data-driven approach
- Perform account and intercompany reconciliations to maintain financial integrity
- Support month-end closing, journals preparation, and financial reporting
- Collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
- Contribute to system implementation and process improvement initiatives
- Support ad-hoc projects and operational needs in a fast-paced, O+O environment
What You’ll Bring
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and invoice processing
- Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle)
- Solid understanding of reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance controls
- Detail-minded, organized, and able to work independently under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
- Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Analytical thinking with a structured, data-driven approach to problem solving
