Assistant Manager – Advancement and Alumni Affairs Office (Ref: AM (AAAO) 2026-07-10)

Responsibilities:

plan, organise and monitor the progress of fundraising events and campaigns, ceremonies and campus visits;
provide support to related administration works for the Foundation and members’ liaison;
contact, liaise and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors and strengthen donor communication platform;
prepare and produce donation proposals, presentations, and review related processes to meet department objectives; and
provide administrative support to related committee(s).

Applicants should:

possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, communications or a related discipline;
have at least 7 years of post-qualification hands-on work experience, preferably in higher education;
have sound knowledge of computer software applications, preferably with experience in database management;
have strong analytical skill and attention to detail;
have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
have good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
