Responsibilities:
- Daily Building Operations & Site Supervision
- Security & Emergency Response
- CCTV Monitoring, Access Control Record Keeping & Reporting
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Valid Security Personnel Permit Holder
- Minimum 3 years' experience in building supervision, preferably in luxury residential properties
- Fluent in Cantonese; basic English communications skills preferred
