We are an American-owned trading company with over 30 years of established presence in Hong Kong, specializing in home decoration, sundries, household goods, beauty products, and related items.
Primary markets include the US, Europe, UK, and Asia, with a focus on efficient sourcing and distribution.

Role Summary

You will join our 10-member accounting team.
This entry-level role supports daily accountingoperations through routine data entry, reconciliations, and clerical tasks in a stable, low-overtime environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily accounting duties, including data entry, document filing, and voucher preparation.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, cheque payments, bank book updates, and bank reconciliations.
Provide general clerical support and system entries as needed.
Assist in preparing financial reports and payroll processing.
Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Ideal Candidates
Accounting studies background; fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience welcome.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing.
