Description

- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to confirm attendance and manage end‑to‑end event logistics.
- Manage all conference-related communications, including invitations, email correspondence, and stakeholder updates.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and proactively follow up to ensure smooth coordination across all parties.
- Maintain and update event data accurately within internal systems on a regular basis.
- Support the Marketing team by coordinating with speakers and collecting presentation materials in a timely manner.
- Monitor key timelines and ensure all stakeholders are informed of important deadlines and deliverables.
- Travel within the APAC region as required to support onsite event execution.
- Assist with onsite event setup and provide professional front‑of‑house support during registration and conference activities.
- Prepare post‑event reports and summaries, contributing to continuous improvement of future events.
