Sales Officer / Assistant Sales Officer - Frontline (Welcome Fresh Graduates)

Large scales residential project, Frontline sales, Sales Office operation
Proactive and customer-oriented
5 days, 12 AL, family care leave, birthday leave, monthly allowance, dis. bonus

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily operations of the sales office including the presentation of key features and introduction of properties
Assist in the formulation and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns
Closely collaborate with property agents to ensure a successful sales launch
Address purchasers’ enquiries or requests and provide post-sales services as needed
Coordinate with Project Management and Property Management teams on the handover of completed units
Conduct market research and analysis to support sales strategies and planning
Prepare sales-related documents and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
2 years of relevant experience in leading property developer, fresh graduates are welcome
Proactive and customer-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
5-day week (on roster)
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Sales Officer
