工作地點: 駐守於將軍澳工業邨

職責 :

1.定期或緊急維修

負責廠房發出的所有反應性服務個案並提供機電維護服務 ;進行緊急維修或定期維修。
- 設備包括但不限於：
  - 食品加工線，例如：免治碎肉機等。
  - 自動包裝機械，例如：SORMA 和MULTIVAC 機器等。
  - 控制系統和相關組件（例如：傳感器、變速控制器、伺服電機、氣動系統和電機逆變器等）。
向廠房經理和聯絡中心匯報進度，並獲取廠房其他維護問題的反饋。
能夠閱讀基本英文以理解操作手冊並處理零件採購。
進行一般機器狀況檢查及管理消耗性零件。

2. 預防性維護

執行預防性維護(PPM) 計劃。例如電力、機械裝置和食品服務等領域。
維護生產設備並統籌預防性維護(PPM) 計劃。例如: 磨針板、去除工具和設備上的鏽跡以及磨利機械刀具（粗切刀、切片機、絞肉機）。
定期檢查空氣壓縮機。

3.廠房聯絡

監察廠房的能源管理計劃，旨在減少能源使用並提高或保持效率。
更換包裝機模具以支援廠房的日常生產。
支援廠房提出的新機器安裝。

4.職業健康安全責任

識別潛在的安全和職業健康問題，讓廠房經理注意潛在問題，並找出糾正的方法。

5. 安全系統

提供安全系統的持續維護。

6. 緊急維修工作

需緊急維修，相關工作可獲加班津貼。

7. 非恆常職責

根據公司業務需求執行分配非恆常職責。

資歷/要求：

持有效電工 A 牌或以上。
持有平安咭。
持有升降台操作證書者優先。
三年或以上相關工作經驗。
有工廠環境機械維修保養經驗者佳。
對食品加工線（如免治肉機等）有充分認識。
對自動包裝機械（如 SORMA、MULTIVAC）有充分認識。
對控制系統及其組件有基礎知識（如感應器、變速器、伺服馬達、氣動系統、逆變器）。
中三程度更佳。
能閱讀及說廣東話。
能閱讀基本英文，以理解操作手冊及處理零件採購。
懂得使用手機，例如使用應用程式及上載相片。
具良好客戶服務態度。

工作安排:

輪更；早班：上午 07:00 -下午 04:00; 中班：下午01:00-晚上10:00。
每周工作五至六天，輪休。
如需緊急維修，相關工作可獲加班津貼。
如需超時工作，相關工作可獲加班津貼。

Location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate

Responsibilities:

1.Fault Response

Handle reactive service calls from the Distribution Centre (DC) and provide comprehensive electrical and mechanical maintenance services & Perform emergency repairs and regular maintenance tasks as required, including but not limited to.
- Food processing equipment in Food Processing Line, including mincer machines.
- Automatic Packaging Machineries such as, specifically SORMA and MULTIVAC machines.
- Machine control systems and related components, such as sensors, variable speed controllers, servo motors, pneumatic systems, and motor inverters.
Update the DC manager and Helpdesk on outstanding repairs and gather feedback on any other maintenance issues within the DC.
Read and comprehend basic English to understand operation manuals and manage parts procurement.
Conduct general machine condition checks and manage regular consumable parts.

2. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules across a wide range of disciplines, including Electrical, Mechanical, and Food Services.
Maintain production equipment and coordinate PPM, such as polishing cutting boards, removing rust from tools and equipment, and sharpening machinery knives (bold cutter, slicer, mincer).
Conduct regular checking of air compressors.

3. Distribution Centre (DC) Liaison

Monitor energy management programs in DC which aim to reduce energy usage and improve or maintain efficiencies.
Change moulds for packaging machines to support daily production at DC.
Assist with new machinery installations initiated by DC.

4. OH&S Responsibility

Identify potential safety and occupational health problems and make DC managers aware of any potential problems and identify ways to rectify these problems.

5. Security Systems

Maintain security systems on an ongoing basis.

6. Emergency call

Handle ECALL duties on designated dates each month, Overtime compensation will be provided for related tasks.

7. Ad-hoc Duties

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company based on business needs

Requirements:

Possess a valid Registered Electrical Worker (REW) Grade A or above licence.
Possess a valid Safety Card.
Possession of a Certificate of Safe Operation of Mobile Elevating Work Platform is an advantage
3 years or above relevant working experience.
Experience in machinery repair and maintenance in a factory environment is preferred.
Good understanding of food processing lines, such as mincer machines.
Experience with automatic packaging machinery, such as SORMA and MULTIVAC machines.
Basic knowledge of machine control systems and related components, including sensors, variable speed controllers, servo motors, pneumatic systems, and motor inverters
Completed Secondary 3 education is preferred.
Fluent in spoken Cantonese & able to read Chinese.
Able to read basic English to understand operation manuals and handle parts procurement.
Knowledgeable in using mobile devices, e.g. mobile applications and uploading photos.
Possess a good customer service attitude.

Work Arrangement:

Shift duty – Morning Shift: 07:00 am – 04:00 pm; Afternoon Shift: 01:00 pm – 10:00 pm.
5–6 days per week, with shift-based rest days.
May be required to handle emergency call‑out duties and work overtime occasionally; overtime allowance will be provided for duties actually performed.
