Manager, Digital Marketing (Social Media and Campaign) - Segment Management & Marketing (Job ID 5213)

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Establish campaign tracking mechanism to monitor the campaign performance on a timely basis.
Take a hands-on approach to managing the daily operations of major social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, YouTube). Oversee content creation, ad planning, performance monitoring, and detailed reporting.
Support the effectiveness of customer acquisition channels, including but not limited to online ads, social ads, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, content marketing and influencer marketing.
Work collaboratively with team members to manage campaign progress and recommend modifications and optimizations.
Analyze digital data from a variety of touchpoints and establish the growth models from concept to completion to measure success metric and drive actionable insights for improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest media trends, think out of the box and share potential opportunities

Requirements

University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
At least 8 years of marketing experience with digital, social, growth & performance marketing experiences. Experience in banking or finance industry or agency is preferred
Experience in content and campaign management, and marketing for China market is preferred
All-rounded marketer with good interpersonal, project management and presentation skills. Self-motivated and pro-active, with passion and creative thinking, team player, attention to details, and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
Proficient in GA4, Meta Business Suites, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Knowledge of admanGO, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio and Tableau is a plus
