About the Role:
As our IT Support, you will be the key person responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all IT systems across our restaurants. You will provide on-site support at various shop locations, ensuring minimal downtime so our operations and guest experiences remain seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support at multiple restaurant outlets across Hong Kong (regular outside work / field visits required).
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot POS systems, computers, tablets, printers, network devices, and other restaurant technology.
- Handle hardware and software issues, including Wi-Fi networks, servers, CCTV, and communication systems.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Support new restaurant openings and renovations (IT setup and configuration).
- Manage inventory of IT equipment and accessories.
- Respond promptly to IT incidents and provide emergency support when needed.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for complex issues.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking (LAN/Wi-Fi), POS systems, and basic server administration.
- Experience with hardware installation, troubleshooting, and peripheral devices.
- Ability to work independently and travel between different shop locations.
- Good problem-solving skills and customer-service mindset.
- Good command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage).
