Training Officer (Ref.: TO - CADP)

(Working Location: Tsz Wan Shan) (2-years Contract)

Responsibilities:

Implement the agency-based training plan, including enrollment, program delivery and evaluation;
Coordinate training initiatives across different academies (e.g., Wheelchair Academy and ERB etc.).
Collaborate with trainers to design tailored training packages that meet agency’s needs; and
Liaise with universities and institutions to secure valuable placement and attachment opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Training & Development, or related disciplines;
Attainment of Level 2 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKDSE/HKCEE, or equivalent;
At least 1 year of relevant experience in training and development in NGOs or public organizations is preferred; and
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
