We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our client’s fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Network Support: Provide reliable operational support, proactive monitoring, and rapid troubleshooting for enterprise routing, switching, and wireless systems.

Multi-Vendor Infrastructure Management: Configure, maintain, and support a diverse network environment featuring Cisco, H3C, and Huawei equipment.

Network Security & Firewall Administration: Assist with policy updates, configuration management, and log monitoring on Fortinet and Palo Alto (PA) firewalls.

Wireless Network Oversight: Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure, including Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs) and Access Points (APs).

Incident Handling: Respond efficiently to network alerts, isolate technical faults, and coordinate with internal teams or subcontractors to resolve connectivity issues.

Technical Documentation: Maintain precise network diagrams, asset inventories, and configuration logs.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in network support, engineering, or operations.

Technical Toolkit:

Solid understanding of routing and switching principles (VLANs, STP, OSPF).

Practical experience managing hardware from Cisco, H3C, or Huawei.

Familiarity with next-generation firewalls, specifically Fortinet and Palo Alto Networks.

Hands-on experience supporting enterprise-grade Wi-Fi controllers and APs.

Strong Work Ethic: Highly accountable, self-motivated, and willing to put in the effort to ensure seamless operations.

Analytical Mindset: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under operational pressure.

Certifications (Advantageous but not mandatory): CCNA, HCIA, Fortinet NSE 4, or equivalent professional credentials.
