Part-time Research Assistant, Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (Ref.: 26/40/CBCC/RA)

Duties:

The appointee will support the Principal Investigator in a research project. Irregular working hours and/or weekend work may be required, particularly for data collection and event management.

The appointee will be responsible for:
(a) conducting literature reviews;
(b) recruiting research participants and conducting in-depth interviews;
(c) performing qualitative and quantitative data analysis;
(d) compiling research reports and preparing materials for conference presentations and publications;
(e) providing project management support and organizing research conferences, workshops, and forums;
(f) handling relevant administrative tasks;
(g) performing other duties as assigned.

Appointment Criteria:

Applicants should:
(a) have a recognized bachelor's degree or above in social sciences or relevant disciplines;
(b) have at least one year of relevant work experience;
(c) be familiar with procedures for conducting in-depth interviews;
(d) possess strong knowledge and skills in qualitative and quantitative data analysis;
(e) have good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
(f) be responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently;
(g) have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
