Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner
Handle general inquiries via phone, email, and at reception
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
Assist with meeting room bookings and office administration

Responsibilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
