Role Mission
- You will drive revenue growth in the medical and healthcare electronics segment by developing new business and expanding existing accounts across Europe, the US and Canada.

Role Summary
- Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be based at the Shenzhen factory and responsible for identifying new prospects, developing targeted sales strategies, and engaging with potential customers at all levels to accelerate business growth in the EU, US and Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within the EMS and electronics industries, with a strong focus on medical and healthcare electronic products.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand the medical and healthcare electronics customer base in Europe, the US and Canada.

- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s EMS capabilities, product portfolio and medical and healthcare‑electronics solutions, and innovate new ways to serve customers and create value.

- Develop new sales areas and improve sales performance through various methods, including direct outreach, referrals, trade shows and online channels.

- Manage and grow key accounts in the medical and healthcare electronics sector, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional departments (engineering, program management, operations, finance, quality) to ensure sales targets, profit goals and customer requirements are achieved.

- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market intelligence updates for management, with specific focus on the medical and healthcare electronics market.

- Conduct international business travel as required to visit customers and attend medical and electronics‑industry events.

Ideal Candidate
- University degree in business, marketing, engineering, manufacturing or a related field is highly preferred.
- 具備商業、市場營銷、工程或製造相關學科之大學學位者優先。
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the EMS and electronics industries, preferably with exposure to medical or healthcare‑related electronic products.
- 具備至少 6 年 EMS 及電子行業相關工作經驗,如有醫療及健康電子相關產品經驗更佳。
- Proven track record in new business development within an EMS environment, with a strong history of acquiring and growing OEM and medical & healthcare electronics customers.
- 在 EMS 環境中具備成熟的新業務開拓能力,並有成功開發及擴展 OEM 及醫療及健康電子客戶的良好業績紀錄。
- Strong capability in understanding complex electronic, medical device and health care products and services, and transforming customer needs into compelling proposals and solutions.
- 能深入理解複雜電子及醫療設備產品,並將客戶需求轉化為具說服力的解決方案及建議。
- Solid experience handling major US and European customers.
- 具處理主要美國及歐洲客戶的豐富實戰經驗。
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments to ensure sales numbers, margin targets and service levels are met.

- Willingness to travel internationally when required.

- Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written); Cantonese is desirable but not mandatory.

- Work location: Shenzhen factory, with the flexibility to travel daily between Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
