Job Description

As a Risk Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing risk management frameworks and policies.
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks across the organization.
Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Preparing risk reports and presenting findings to senior management.
Collaborating with different departments to ensure effective risk controls.
Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
Providing guidance and training on risk management practices.
Staying updated with industry trends and regulatory changes in financial services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Risk Manager should have:

A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in analyzing data and identifying trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams.
