Responsibilities:

Supervise technical staff on operations including but not limited to maintenance works, technical and sustainability issues such as tenant fitting out, reinstatement and alternation works
Conduct regular reviews and updates of our maintenance procedures and systems to ensure that our service quality and work standards consistently meet and exceed expectations
To liaise with project contractor for clearing of defects identified in new development projects
Compile and manage budgets related to maintenance activities, exercising effective controls to optimize resource allocation and financial management.
Provide valuable technical inputs on new projects and developments, contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation
Responsible for safe, reliable and efficient maintenance of the building services and facilities across our managed portfolio
Observance and compliance with the latest statutory rules and regulations
Act as a motivating force, inspiring our maintenance staff to strive for continuous improvement and excellence in their work, fostering a culture of innovation and growth

Requirements:

Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
Holder of MHKIE / MCIBSE or equivalent professional qualifications (such as REW Grade B or above) is an advantage
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in property maintenance and management, with at least 5 years at managerial level in leading property management company
Solid experience in Building Services / Electrical / Building operations, repair, and maintenance of commercial and residential buildings is required
Familiar with Hong Kong Government Regulations
Well organized, good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
Good team player, able to motivate and lead the team
Proactive, innovative, committed and adaptable to change
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
