Execution of Sales Strategies for luxury property portfolio

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Assistant Client Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Assist in executing sales strategies for property projects
Participate in product planning and sales related activities
Conduct market research and analysis
Assist in managing estate agents
Provide after-sale services to customers

Requirements:

Higher Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or related disciplines
At least 2 years of relevant experience gained from reputable Property Developers
Proactive, patient, customer-oriented, detail-minded and a team player
Strong customer service sense and communication skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Willing to work on a roster basis, including weekends and public holidays
