Execution of Sales Strategies for Property Project

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Senior Client Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies for property development projects
Participate in product planning and sales-related initiatives
Conduct market research and provide analysis and insights to support sales planning
Coordinate show flat design and oversee logistics for the sales office and on-site operations
Assist in managing and coordinating communication and feedback collection with estate agents
Provide customer support and follow-up services after sales completion

Requirements:

Degree in Real Estate or related disciplines
At least 5 years of solid experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the property industry
Knowledge in property related ordinance is essential
A strong team player with a proactive, customer-oriented, positive working attitude and high integrity
Good negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Willing to work on a roster basis, including weekends and public holidays
