Undergoing various types of training, such as communication, problem solving, supervisory skills and outward-bound team building.

Job rotation to work on a wide variety of IT systems.

Key Duties

Assist in the overall system development life cycle of IT applications that meets user requirements and complies to standard.
Provide on-going support and maintenance of IT applications to ensure service stability and availability.
Assist in planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects, including servers, storage, networking, and security.
Support and maintain IT infrastructure systems to ensure stable and reliable 24/7 operations.
Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and basic operational support.
Work closely with internal teams and vendors to support infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements

Fresh graduate of High Diploma / Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines.
Hands-on experience or good knowledge in ANY of the followings: Ability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and dynamic environment.
Java, SQL
C#, ASP, .NET, SharePoint
Objective-C, HTML5
Good analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
Good team player, strong self-initiative, and commitment to achieve high quality results.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
