HR Team Leader

Job Responsibilities

Human Resources Management & Operations

Lead and oversee all HR operations across Vietnam and overseas offices (Singapore & Hong Kong).
Develop HR strategies aligned with the company’s growth direction in each stage.
Build, implement, and monitor annual HR plans including headcount, HR budget, recruitment, training, and organizational development.
Establish, optimize, and standardize HR policies, procedures, regulations, and labor rules.
Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and regulations in all countries where the company operates.

Recruitment & Talent Development

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring fulfillment.
Optimize recruitment processes to improve candidate quality and hiring experience.
Monitor and evaluate recruitment channels, external partners, and recruitment budgets.
Collaborate with departments to develop workforce planning and organizational structures aligned with business growth.
Propose and implement talent development, succession planning, and employee retention programs.

Compensation & Benefits/Employee Relations

Develop, implement, and optimize KPI performance evaluation systems.
Advise the Board of Directors on compensation, benefits, rewards, and competitive remuneration policies.
Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes when required.
Supervise mandatory labor reports in compliance with government regulations.
Coordinate with the Legal team to ensure compliance in all HR and labor-related activities.

HR & Administration Team Management

Lead, coach, and develop the HR & Administration team to ensure operational effectiveness.
Assign tasks, set goals, and evaluate team performance.
Foster a positive working environment and strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
Oversee office administration operations to ensure professionalism and efficiency.

Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement

Develop and implement company culture initiatives.
Organize internal activities such as Company Trips, Team Building, Year-End Parties, and Employee Engagement Programs.
Propose initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
Fluent in English; experience working in multinational companies is a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiar with basic design tools such as Canva
