ASSISTANT TECHNICAL MANAGER

Oversee a technical team in dealing with daily building operation
Manage all technical issues to ensure work completion
Degree holder in building services engineering or related disciplines

Responsibilities:

Oversee a technical team in managing daily building operations, planned preventive maintenance, formulating routine repair and maintenance schedules, performing troubleshooting, and handling shops / office premises fitting out and builder’s works as well as improvement projects of building services system
Manage all technical issues to ensure timely and efficient completion of work at a reasonable cost while complying with the relevant Ordinances, regulations, code of practices and safety standards
Handle budgeting, quotations, tender documents, project management and oversee contract administration
Monitor subordinates’ and contractors’ performance and work progress
Handle clients' requests and enquiries related to technical issues
Explore energy saving initiatives and implement energy-efficient measures to support sustainable development

Requirements:

Degree holder in building services engineering or related disciplines
At least 6 years’ solid experience in commercial building of which 2 years at the supervisory level, preferably with exposure to chiller plant operation and BMS
Organized with strong logical thinking and able to work independently
Excellent supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
With valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
Proficient in MS applications, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD and building/ maintenance information system
Possess recognized professional membership of HKIE/ CIBSE/ BSOMES / IET etc. an added advantage
