Responsibilities:
- Deliver recruitment services based on assignments from the sales team;
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions;
- Manage recruitment assignments across Hong Kong, as well as the APAC and Europe regions if required;
- Build robust candidate pipelines and cultivate long-term relationships;
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to placement;
- Stay abreast of market trends and ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment laws and data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a passion for recruitment and talent management.
- Relevant work experience required, preferably in IT recruitment. Candidates from other job functions will also be considered;
- Strong hands-on experience with modern social media and job platforms for recruitment;
- People person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential;
- Familiarity with and openness to new digital tools-including AI-driven platforms;
- Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented-you thrive in a fast-paced environment;
