We are seeking a driven Project Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to focus on project sales within the hospitality and hotel sector across Hong Kong and Macau. This is an individual contributor role offering strong autonomy, direct exposure to senior leadership, and a competitive variable structure.

The Hong Kong office operates with a lean structure, offering direct exposure to senior leadership and a highly entrepreneurial working environment.

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently driving project sales across Hong Kong and Macau, focusing on hospitality and hotel clients requiring carpet solutions for large-scale developments and renovations. You will proactively identify new business opportunities, establish and maintain strong relationships with hotel groups, designers, consultants, and project stakeholders, and manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to project completion. Working closely with the office Sales Leader, you will play a key role in strengthening market presence in Hong Kong and Macau, while delivering tailored solutions that meet client requirements. This role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to manage long sales cycles, and a proactive, relationship-driven approach.

Profile

You are a motivated and results-driven sales professional with experience in project sales, ideally within interiors, carpets, flooring, building materials, or related industries, with exposure to hospitality clients. You have strong relationship management skills and are comfortable working independently in a lean team environment. Experience working with hotel groups, designers, architects, or contractors in Hong Kong or Macau will be highly advantageous. You are confident, proactive, and possess a strong track record of achieving sales targets within a sales-driven structure.
