Permanent Contract

Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation
Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme
Supervise technician to carry out daily maintenance work etc.;
Degree in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
A minimum of 3 years of project management and maintenance experience, preferably in consultant firm or property management company;
Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker will be an advantage;
Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Maintenance Officer.

Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include birthday leave, marriage leave, paternity leave / 14 weeks’ of maternity leave, full attendance leave, examination leave, training allowance, professional membership allowance, newborn baby allowance, medical allowance and other special leave.
