The Marketing Director will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and customer engagement within the retail sector. This role requires expertise in campaign management, branding, and market analysis to achieve business objectives.

Description

As a Marketing Director, your main responsibilities will include:

Lead Brand Strategy, Campaigns & Market Impact
- Shape and evolve our client's brand identity to ensure a consistent and compelling presence across markets
- Translate insights into powerful storytelling that builds emotional connections
- Develop and execute bold, multi-channel campaigns that elevate visibility, engagement, and brand equity
- Create memorable brand experiences that drive both awareness and long-term loyalty

Drive Commercial Success & Go-to-Market Excellence
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new offerings and key initiatives
- Align marketing plans with commercial priorities, sales targets, and timelines
- Deliver integrated campaigns that generate momentum and measurable business growth
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure strong execution and market impact

Accelerate Digital, CRM & Customer Growth
- Optimize digital performance through data-driven strategies, audience targeting, and content effectiveness
- Build and enhance a robust CRM and loyalty ecosystem for our client
- Deliver personalized, lifecycle-based engagement to increase acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- Champion continuous testing, learning, and innovation to maximize ROI

Champion Innovation, Influence & Leadership
- Introduce new technologies and elevate omnichannel customer experiences
- Expand brand visibility through PR, partnerships, influencers, and thought leadership
- Define KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure strong performance tracking across all initiatives
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing regional marketing team

Profile

A successful Marketing Director should have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
MBA or equivalent is a strong plus
10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior regional leadership role
Strategic thinker with sharp commercial acumen
Data-driven but creatively inspired, proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer data.
Influential leader who can align diverse stakeholders
Agile, innovative, and always curious
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
