Job Description
As a Client Relation Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Own and proactively manage a portfolio of key institutional client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Ensure all services delivered meet or exceed agreed service level expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (e.g., CFOs, COOs)
- Lead client review meetings, provide updates, and address performance or operational issues
- Collect and analyze client feedback and MIS data to identify trends and drive service improvements
- Develop and implement account plans, aligning services with client needs and business objectives
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and revenue growth opportunities within the existing client base
- Collaborate closely with internal teams
- Support sales and marketing initiatives through client insights and relationship management
- Stay up to date with industry trends, particularly in alternative investments (hedge funds, private equity, asset management)
- Handle client escalations professionally and provide effective resolutions
- Travel occasionally as required to support client engagement
The Successful Applicant
A successful Client Relation Manager should have:
- Proven expertise in client relationship management within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Proven track record in managing institutional client relationships and engaging with senior stakeholders (e.g., CFO, COO)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client partnerships.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Experience working in a sales or account management role, preferably in a large organization.
- Proficiency in analyzing client needs and translating them into actionable strategies.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
