Multimedia Production Manager (Photography & Videography)

Lead photographer/videographer leading end-to-end OOH and corporate productions
Oversee photography team rosters, performance, workflow, and measurable quality.
Plan, shoot, and edit on-site photo/video with first-class OOH aesthetics.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Creative Execution: Act as the primary Lead Photographer and Videographer, serving as a team leader overseeing the end-to-end production of OOH advertising campaign showcases and corporate initiatives, and supervising Multimedia Production team.
Team Leadership & Reporting: Manage the photography team’s duty rosters, performance, and workflow efficiency. Ensure "high-quality" is a consistent, measurable deliverable.
On-Premise Production & Mastery: Provide hands-on, expert-level on-site photo and video shoot planning, execution, and editing. This includes capturing large-scale OOH installations, static and digital zones, and experiential activations with a "first-class" aesthetic.
Portfolio Excellence: Lead product and lifestyle photography for the existing and new products portfolio, ensuring all visual assets align with premium professional standards.
Digital Asset Management & Governance: Establish and manage a professional-grade digital asset management (DAM) system for the video and photography library, ensuring seamless retrieval for stakeholders.
Short-Form Content Innovation: Direct and produce high-impact, social-media-friendly footage (IG Reels / Red Note (XHS) / TikTok-style content) and motion graphics, utilizing innovative editing techniques.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner as a creative consultant with internal teams to conceptualize and execute visual stories that drive business growth and support award-winning submissions.
Operational Flexibility: Lead shoots during office and non-office hours, including weekends or Public Holidays, to capture peak audience engagement or specific campaign launches.
Creative Problem Solving: Manage ad hoc creative production duties and troubleshoot technical production challenges on-site (e.g., lighting, digital screen synchronization in shooting).

Job Requirements:

Academic Background: Degree or Higher Diploma in Multimedia Production, Creative Media, Film, or a related discipline.
Expert Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in photography and video production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or manager-level role.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom). Experience in cinematic color grading and high-end retouching is essential.
Trend Savvy: Deep knowledge of current social media trends and "uptrend" shooting techniques (e.g., dynamic transitions, POV shots, and gimbal work).
Project Leadership: A combined leader and team player with outstanding communication skills; able to balance hands-on production with the management of multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously.
Organizational Excellence: Highly organized with a disciplined approach to file management, production scheduling, and team resource allocation.
Artistic Vision: A sophisticated sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling, with a proven track record of producing "first-class" creative showcases that stand out in the media industry.
