We are seeking a motivated and practical Engineer to support and enhance our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and optimizing systems, equipment, and processes to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable services.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily engineering and technical operations related to worldwide transportation, pick-up & delivery services
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and improvement proposals
Maintains forecasts, operating plans, and coordinates closely with functional stakeholders
Identify operational issues and propose practical engineering solutions
Ensure compliance audit with safety, quality, and company standards
Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve facilities, equipment, or systems (e.g. sorting systems, IT tools, vehicles support, or automation tools)
Work closely with operations, IT, and vendors to implement improvements
Assist with new projects, system upgrades, or expansion initiatives

Who we are looking for:

Bachelor’s Degree (or internationally recognized equivalent) in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred
Solid foundation in statistics and data analytics
Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
Willingness to work flexible shift hours, including weekends, on an occasional basis based on business needs
IT or technology-related background, and experience in courier, logistics, or transportation environments are advantages
Hands-on experience in developing small IE tools or agents (including personal AI tools or automation solutions) would be beneficial
