Senior Project Officer/ Senior Product Officer

5+ years of experience in Product/Project/Research Management
Experience in EdTech and AI products is a distinct advantage
Good understanding of UX and school-based IT environments

Responsibilities:

Product Management: Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement across digital platforms and mobile applications by analyzing usage patterns and listening to user feedback. Provide actionable suggestions for new product features and optimization, draft functional requirements, conduct research, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality product releases and drive growth;
Project Management: Lead the end-to-end management of various digital projects, ensuring deliverables meet user requirements and are executed within defined timelines. Lead administrative and coordination efforts to facilitate clear communication between internal units throughout the project lifecycle;
Research Management: Conduct various research activities, including user research, and synthesize feedback from internal user-facing units and end-users to identify pain points and inform product strategy;
Contractor Management: Manage external contractors for routine communication; prepare and maintain project status documentation, reports, and meeting minutes to ensure delivery standards;
Implementation of UX Standards: Drive the implementation of established UX/UI guidelines across products to help maintain a consistent and intuitive user journey.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline;
At least 5 years of relevant experience in product development, project management, or digital services. Experience in EdTech and AI products is a distinct advantage;
Proven ability to use data analytics platforms to monitor user behavior, get insights about users, and proactively suggest product and UX/UI optimizations;
Familiarity with various tools and methods (e.g., diagrams, flowcharts, charts) to visualize product ideas and processes;
Practical experience in preparing requirements and documentation to ensure seamless implementation by internal teams and contractors;
Good interpersonal skills to handle routine communications with internal technical staff and external contractors;
Good understanding of UX and school-based IT environments;
Good understanding of EdTech, web and mobile technologies to ensure effective communication with development teams and contractors;
Proactively keep up with the latest trends in EdTech products, emerging UX/UI best practices, and evolving industry standards;
A strong passion for learning, a genuine interest in listening to users’ feedback, and an eager attitude toward making products grow through continuous optimization;
Experience in conducting focus groups, surveys, and usability testing is a distinct advantage;
Working knowledge of design software such as Figma for producing wireframes and layout mockups is a distinct advantage;
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Officer.
