Responsibilities:

Conduct independent reviews to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes, including those against Group policies, procedures and plan, HKMA’s regulations, Government laws, and industrial standards
Plan and perform audit assignments to ensure audit objectives are achieved and aligned with approved audit programs
Work closely with management and business units to provide practical and actionable recommendations to strengthen internal controls, operational efficiency, and risk management processes
Utilize data analytics in audit engagements to identify control gaps and opportunities for improvement
Handle ad-hod duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines; professional certification such as CIA, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in auditing; preferably in information technology, financial institution and/or payment industry.
Critical thinking, detail-oriented and strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Strong ability in using data analytics in conducting audit testing.
Confident, mature, and independent with strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
