Your Mission:

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Assistant Finance Manager to support our finance operations and drive high‑quality financial and management reporting. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and multi‑tasking capabilities, with solid experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination. This role requires a hands‑on finance professional who can partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensure the accuracy of financial information, support business decision‑making, and continuously improve accounting processes and controls. Prior experience in an audit firm and exposure to group reporting or consolidation will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing financial and management accounts, including monthly closing, variance analysis, and investigation of anomalies
Prepare and review management reports, financial analyses, and consolidation schedules for group reporting
Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long‑term financial planning, providing insights and recommendations to management
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisers in annual audit and tax compliance matters
Monitor intercompany transactions and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with group policies
Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to provide financial support and business partnering
Evaluate and analyze investment proposals, including new store openings, refits, lease renewals, and other capital expenditures
Assist in reviewing, enhancing, and implementing finance policies, internal controls, and workflow improvements
Support system enhancements and ERP-related initiatives where required, including but not limited to review and redesign accounting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy, identify and implement system upgrades or automation tool to streamline reconciliation, reporting and data management
Provide guidance to junior accounting staff and support team development as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
Holder of recognized professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant accounting and finance experience; audit background is a plus
Solid knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and internal controls
Detail‑oriented, proactive, independent, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Added advantage for candidates with digital and AI aptitude, capable of using AI‑enabled tools to improve reporting, analysis, and business decision‑making.
Able to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP systems (e.g. D365)
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
