Role Summary 職位概要

Lead R&D team at Guangdong factory to drive sensor innovation for global automotive, appliance, and security markets.
領導廣東工廠研發團隊，推動面向全球汽車、家電及安防市場的感應器創新。
Oversee new product development, team building, project execution, and technical compliance with IATF16949 standards while managing cross-border supplier/customer relations from Hong Kong HQ.
負責新產品開發、團隊建設、項目執行及IATF16949標準技術合規，並管理從香港總部協調的跨境供應商及客戶關係。

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering; 5+ years as R&D Manager or higher in electronic/plastic manufacturing; sensor design experience preferred (magnetic, infrared, inductive, capacitive, microwave, ultrasonic, etc.).
本科及以上学历，電子工程、軟件工程或機械工程專業畢業；五年以上電子產品或塑膠製造企業研發經理以上職位工作經驗；具備傳感器設計經驗更佳（磁性、紅外、電感、電容、微波、超聲等）。
Proficient in electronics, microcontroller programming, or mechanical design/manufacturing.
精通電子技術、單片機編程技術或機械設計製造技術。
Experience establishing R&D systems, processes, and regulations.
具備研發體系、制度、流程建立相關經驗。
Familiar with IATF16949:2016 automotive quality management system operations.
熟悉IATF16949:2016運行體系。
Proficient in English emails with overseas clients.
能熟練處理海外客戶的英文郵件。

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

Lead new product development and upgrades for traditional lines.
負責傳統產品線的新產品開發以及老產品升級改良。
Build and develop R&D team and talent pipeline.
負責研發團隊建設、梯隊建設。
Assign work, verify results, and appraise R&D team performance.
負責研發團隊工作安排、結果確認以及績效考核。
Formulate plans/budgets, run weekly meetings, control schedule/quality/cost/risks.
負責制定項目計劃和預算，組織召開周例會，把控項目進度、質量、成本、風險。
Organize project reviews to capture lessons and boost R&D capabilities.
負責組織研發團隊總結項目經驗、吸取項目教訓，提升研發能力。
Follow up trial production specs/tests/margins; resolve issues.
負責組織試產物料特性、測試方法、規格參數及其設計餘量等的跟進，以及組織試產問題的分析、解決。
Approve technical documents.
負責項目技術文件的審批。
Guide design reviews and team training on requirements/technologies.
負責指導審核產品詳細設計，指導團隊成員理解設計要求、掌握開發技術。
Formulate/execute/review design verification to meet customer needs.
負責組織設計驗證方案的制定、執行，設計驗證結果審查，確保產品滿足客戶需求。
Handle project communications.
負責部門項目展開的溝通交流。
Liaise technically with suppliers.
負責技術層面對接供應商。
Track customer needs and technical feedback.
負責技術層面跟進客戶需求，解答客戶反饋。
