Your Role

The Project Manager (AI & Innovation) is a strategic catalyst, guiding our organization’s journey toward an AI-enhanced workspace. This role bridges technology and operations, identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve data-driven decision-making, and enhance service delivery. By implementing AI responsibly and ethically, this position helps the organization maximize its impact, expand program reach, and empower teams to work smarter.

In this role, you will:

Conduct "AI Readiness" audits across departments to identify high-impact areas for automation and process re-engineering.
Collaborate with users and department heads to understand workflow challenges, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Translate complex user pain points into technical requirements and actionable AI use cases.
Drive the end-to-end implementation of AI and automation projects including feasibility study, solution design, pilot testing, and rollout.
Manage communications with internal stakeholders to ensure clear understanding, engagement, and adoption of AI initiatives.
Evaluate, source, and negotiate with external AI solution providers or technology vendors where necessary.
Establish and maintain an AI Governance Framework, ensuring all tools comply with data privacy laws and ethical standards.
Partner with stakeholders to mitigate risks related to algorithmic bias, data security, and transparency.
Monitor and evaluate post-implementation outcomes to measure efficiency gains, compliance improvement, and user satisfaction.
Stay ahead of the curve on emerging tools (Generative AI, LLMs, RPA) specifically tailored for the nonprofit or social service sector.

We are looking for someone who has / are:

3–5 years in digital transformation, IT project management, or business analysis. Experience specifically launching AI/RPA tools is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering & Business Process Management. Other discipline is welcomed if the candidate has relevant working experience.
Experience in managing cross-functional projects and working with external vendors or solution providers.
Familiarity with AI technologies such as natural language processing, robotic process automation, and machine learning tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proactive, resourceful, collaborative and with strong commitment to driving new initiatives across diverse user groups.
Curious and eager to stay ahead of emerging AI trends & continuously learn new developments.
