3+ years in procurement operations in banking is a plus
$35k-$40k (depend on experience)

Our client is a reputable Hong Kong leading bank, which is looking for Assistant Manager, Procurement Operation to support their daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Senior Procurement Operation Manager to provide administrative support in the overall Source-to-Payment processes in compliance with Procurement Policies and Procedures.
Act as primary representative to liaise internal parties for procurement operational, risks and controls related matters.
Prepare the required KPI or performance on procurement operation and manage accurate procurement operations related records, documentations and reporting as required.
Oversight and support the procurement control and governance activities.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

Degree in Finance, Accounting or, in related discipline
Experience in Procurement Operations with supervisory role to lead the team and projects
Experience in Finance Control, Finance Reporting Risk, Accounts Payable or other controls and risks in non-financial aspects is preferable
Experience in banking industry is preferable
Diplomatic and effective communication skills, with strong collaboration abilities and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using Oracle Fusion, Coupa, advanced MS Excel, and PowerPoint are advantage
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediate availability is a plus
