Business Development Manager

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (5 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:
1.   Oversee business development across all retail locations, and formulate and execute business expansion strategies for the Hong Kong market to drive overall sales growth.
2.   Identify and develop new sales channels, including department stores, fashion select shops, online platforms, and corporate partnerships.
3.   Manage and drive brand collaboration projects (e.g., with cartoon/IPs, designer brands), from initial negotiation and product planning to launch and promotional follow-through.
4.   Analyse women's footwear market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to provide recommendations on product development and pricing strategies.
5.   Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Design, Production, Marketing, and E-commerce to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
6.   Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers, OEM partners, and retail partners.
7.   Monitor business development-related budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.
Requirements:
•   University degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, or related disciplines)
•   At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or brand management, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
•   Prior experience in the fashion, footwear, or retail consumer goods industry is a must
•   Familiarity with the Hong Kong retail market; experience in managing physical store operations is an advantage
•   Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua, with good command of English
•   Proven experience in collaboration projects or brand partnership negotiations
•   Independent worker with strong analytical and presentation skills
