About The Client

Our client, a leading property developer in Hong Kong, is seeking an energetic and detail‑oriented Assistant Leasing Manager to support the leasing operations of one of their flagship community shopping malls.

About the role

Assist in formulating and implementing leasing strategies to enhance tenant mix and footfall.
Manage the end‑to‑end leasing process, including prospects sourcing, negotiation, proposal preparation, and documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, handling enquiries, renewals, and tenancy-related matters.
Conduct market research, trade mix analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support leasing decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Property Management, and Finance to support leasing and mall operational needs.
Prepare regular leasing reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, leasing procedures, and statutory requirements.

The successful applicants

Degree holder in Real Estate, Business Administration, Surveying, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of leasing experience, preferably in retail properties or shopping malls.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the Hong Kong retail market and tenant landscape.
Proactive, detail‑minded, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
