Job Responsibilities:

To design, coordinate, implement, and monitor research projects related to persons with disabilities, chronic health conditions, and primary healthcare. Responsibilities include literature review, survey design, data collection, quantitative and qualitative data analysis using appropriate methodologies and statistical software, and report writing.
To maintain and safeguard research databases and knowledge management platforms, ensuring the accurate storage, high-quality presentation, and reliable future retrieval of information and knowledge assets.
To support research and advocacy communications by preparing impactful presentation materials to convey project outcomes and recommendations.
To conduct regular literature reviews to inform service enhancements and development of new models.
To handle and manage research support enquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely, professional manner.
Fulfil other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Possess a degree or above in Social Sciences, Public Health, Psychology, Statistics, or related disciplines, with 2 years of experience in research-related work.
Demonstrated competency and recent hands-on experience with statistical software, including Jamovi, SPSS, and R, for data analysis.
Familiarity with programming software (e.g., Python) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Looker Studio) is an advantage.
Proficient in both Chinese and English, with strong writing skills for research and communications.
Outgoing, self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and an effective team player.
