Marketing Officer (O2O team - Lite App)

1-2 years experience in digital marketing, e-Commerce, FMCG / retail industry
Experience with silver hair markets, health tech / inclusive design is preferred
Familiar with data analysis & performance metrics is a strong advantage

This role will play a critical role in specifically promoting Lite App (an online shopping platform designed for the elderly)

What You will be Doing

Develop and execute user-centric marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and sales
Formulate comprehensive O2O marketing plans that bridge the Lite App platform with physical shop promotions, enhancing awareness and driving penetration into our partner stores
Work with the internal design team to produce senior-friendly promotional materials, including in-store POSM, print ads, digital banners, and instructional guides tailored for the Lite App
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance across channels (Lite App, O2O shops), derive key insights, and optimize strategies based on data and user feedback
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, UX/UI, Operations, Buying) to ensure alignment, share learnings about the elderly user segment, and achieve business KPIs
Conduct market and user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the elderly demographic, informing strategic marketing and product decisions
Provide general and ad-hoc support for new projects and initiatives related to the Lite App and its O2O ecosystem

Who is Our Right Fit

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communications / Digital Media / Gerontology, or a related discipline
1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-Commerce, digital product marketing, FMCG, or retail industry
Experience with silver hair markets, health tech, or inclusive design is a strong advantage
Familiar with data analysis and performance metrics & Ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights
A genuine interest in and empathy for the elderly demographic, with a passion for creating accessible and empowering digital experiences
Proactive, independent, and excellent at time management, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Creative thinker with strong marketing intuition and business acumen, especially in the digital and O2O space
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese & ability to communicate clearly and simply is essential
