Position Overview 職位簡介

Lead the product and process quality function for our EMS operations, with a strong focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and international customers to ensure our products consistently meet stringent quality, reliability and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities 工作職責

Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to manage quality aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring smooth ramp‑up to mass production.
與跨職能團隊合作，全面管理新產品導入（NPI）過程中的品質工作，確保順利導入量產。
Identify and resolve material and process‑related quality issues, driving robust corrective and preventive actions.
分析及解決物料及製程相關的品質問題，推動有效的糾正及預防措施。
Work with internal teams and customers to identify manufacturing risks and develop mitigation plans through PFMEA.
聯同內部團隊及客戶識別製造風險，並透過 PFMEA 制定及跟進相應風險對策。
Develop and maintain control plans based on customer requirements and PFMEA for incoming, in‑process, outgoing and reliability inspections.
根據客戶要求及 PFMEA 制訂及維護來料、製程、出貨及可靠性檢驗之控制計劃。
Drive implementation of process control (including SPC and other quality tools) in critical processes impacting product quality.
在關鍵製程中導入及推行製程管制（包括 SPC 及其他品質工具），確保產品品質穩定。
Initiate and lead continuous improvement programs to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
主導及推動持續改善項目，以提升產品品質及生產效率。
Manage customer complaints and field returns, including root cause analysis, 8D reporting and follow‑up actions.
管理客戶投訴及市場退貨，進行根本原因分析、編寫 8D 報告並跟進改善措施。

Ideal Candidate 理想人選

Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline.
大學學位機械工程、電子工程、製造工程, 品質管理或相關學科。
10+ years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, with at least 5 years in process and/or customer quality at managerial level.
十年以上電子製造相關工作經驗，當中至少五年擔任製程及/或客戶品質管理職位。
Strong experience in managing quality for NPI projects, from prototype to mass production.
具豐富 NPI 專案品質管理經驗，由試產至量產均能獨立主導。
Solid knowledge of PPAP, IATF 16949 and quality tools such as MSA, SPC and FMEA.
熟悉 PPAP、IATF 16949 及各類品質工具，如 MSA、SPC、FMEA 等。
Proven ability to work with international customers and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
具備在快節奏製造環境中與國際客戶及跨部門團隊合作的實戰經驗。
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
良好中英文，包括普通話。
