What are you supposed to do for us?

Take receipt of deliveries and check against delivery note for accuracy;
負責貨物交收並檢查貨單準確性;
Ensure that all stock is checked in by record and date and stored away correctly and safely;
確保所有庫存均按記錄和日期登記並正確、安全地存放;
Keep all back of house areas clean, tidy & hygienic (including all areas of the kitchen);
保持所有後勤區域乾淨、整潔和衛生（包括廚房的所有區域）;
Daily delivery the accurate food and beverage to the lounge;
每天均需運送食材及飲料到貴賓室;
Adhere and monitor all health and food safety, in a proactive way
積極主動遵守並監控所有健康和食品安全。

What prerequisites must be met for us to like you?

F.5/F.6 or above;
中學五/六年級或以上學歷;
At least 1 year relevant working experience;
至少1年相關工作經驗;
Ability to manage basic stock control systems ;
管理基本庫存控制系統的能力;
Fluent Cantonese and fair English;
流利粵語和一般英文;
Basic knowledge of MS Office, ie, Word and Excel;
MS Office 的基本知識，包括Word 和Excel;
Capable of liaising and follow-up with local suppliers and customers;
能夠與當地供應商和客戶聯絡並跟進;
Willing to work in warehouse environment;
願意在倉庫環境工作;
Good team player, responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn.
良好的團隊合作精神，有責任心，注重細節，上進心，勤奮，樂於學習。
