ADMIN MANAGER (40K-45K X 13) – Fashion Garment & Accessories Trading (Kwun Tong)

We are a leading Hong Kong‑based garment trading company with a dedicated team of around 100 staff members.
Specializing in end‑to‑end global sourcing and product development, we partner with major retailers and brands across the US and Europe.
Our product portfolio spans fashion garments and accessories, supported by a network of partner factories in China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Taiwan, and other key manufacturing hubs.

Role Summary :

Report to the Human Resources & Administration Director, and lead a team of 6 administrative staff members.
The role is responsible for overseeing the administration of our Hong Kong office approximately 100 staff, and ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant office, facilities, and administrative services that underpin the company’s day‑to‑day operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and drive continuous improvement in administrative efficiency for the Hong Kong office.
Manage all office and warehouse facilities, including repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
Lead procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.
Supervise car fleet management and vehicle maintenance schedules.
Lead, coach, and coordinate staff to manage all business travel arrangements and visa application processes.
Plan, organize, and execute company‑wide events and activities to foster engagement and collaboration.
Prepare and monitor administration budgets, and analyze monthly administrative expenses against targets.
Provide discreet and professional secretarial support to the Chairman and his family.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and internal policies.
Support and assist in any ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

Ideal Candidates

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Experience in facilities, warehouse administration, or logistics is an advantage.
Experience in trading, sourcing offices, or manufacturers is a plus.
Experience in garment or fashion accessories is a plus.
Strong leadership skills, excellent organizational ability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
